In return, customers positioned the quick service restaurant ahead of their new competitor in other areas, including “menu variety” and “ethical sourcing”
Equipped with insights drawn from customer experiences, the quick service restaurant was able to take optimal action on their business decisions. They further emphasized and expanded their menu to provide more made-to-order and healthy options. Due to these changes, they experienced significant growth in revenue despite the new competitor restaurant opening.
