Construction firm focus

PxidaCX™ helped the partners of a small construction firm to better focus their efforts on securing repeat business and improving their reputation.

When a small construction firm grew from a 2-employee business to a 30-team operation, the owners were no longer able to personally interact and engage with customers at the same level they had before when their business was smaller.

The construction firm had experienced significant growth over three years. Obviously, they were getting a lot of things right, but they didn’t have a way to measure what was or wasn’t working. They wanted to know how well their teams were interacting with customers and solving their problems. The Partners enlisted PxidaCX™ to bring clarity.

PxidaCX™ surveys were sent out by email to customers over the course of twelve months. Two scheduled automatic reminders went out to customers who did not respond to the first invitation. PxidaCX’s dashboard revealed that greater focus on clarity of initial pricing of projects and better ongoing customer communication during the construction phase were the core areas where the partners could focus to improve their business. With PxidaCX™, the partners were able to see where the top three gaps were and then they were able to prioritize those main issues.

With PxidaCX’s actionable insights, the partners were able to share the results with their teams and help coach them to improve in these areas with examples of best practices.
