PxidaCX™ helped a live entertainment venue define and plan a year of music and comedy. What they discovered in the process was surprising.

Historically, the venue relied on ticket sales to measure their success and to determine if they were booking the right artists and entertainment their customers wanted to see. They needed a better way to measure and to quantify both who their customers wanted to see and the likelihood their customers would return to their venue for future entertainment.

They sent out PxidaCX™ surveys to their member list via email, and they also posted the survey on their website quarterly. PxidaCX™ Republish feature made it easy for them to just resend the same survey they had initially built to their same membership list as well as to all the new members who joined throughout the year. This saved the venue a lot of time and effort since they wanted to redeploy the same survey but understand how views were changing in relation to different types of artists and entertainment they had provided over the quarter.

The venue team found particularly useful the ability of PxidaCX™ surveys to summarize and quantify additional customer comments on artists and the venue. This led to better understanding their customer likelihood to return and customer satisfaction.

What was particularly surprising and helpful to the venue team was how well PxidaCX™ found specific weaknesses in the venue itself. Once identified, the team began to plan how to better provide a more satisfactory online booking experience and family-friendly facilities, easily addressed with additional expenditure and staff training.
